RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
SEPTEMBER 9 , 1980 ,FROM BRICE,PETRIDES,AND ASSOCIATES
INCQ ,ENGINEERS,FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DRY RUN
ENCLOSURE ANALYSIS AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice,Petrides and Associates Inc . ,Engineers ,Waterloo,
Iowa have rendered engineering services in connection with the
Dry Run Enclosure Analysis in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services ,
rendered by the said Brice,Petrides and Associates Inc . as shown
in their statement dated September 9 , 1980 is $5, 616.37 ,now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA:
that Brice,Petrides ,and Associates Inc . ,be paid the sum of $5 ,615 .37
being payment for the statement dated September 9, 198O,on said
contract for engineering services renderea in connection with the
Dry Run Enclosure Analysis , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,and the
Finance Director,be,and he is hereby authorized,empowered and
0 ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
so same to Brice,Petrides ,and Associates Inc . of Waterloo,Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 22nd day of September 1980 .
