RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATE NO. 12
DATED SEPTEMBER 10 , 1980,FROM IRVING F. JENSEN COMPANY
INC. FOR WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL FURNISHED FOR WEST
RIDGEWAY AVENUE STREET PROJECT,PHASE II(FEDERAL PROJECT
NO. M-6500 (2) --81--07) CONTRACT NO 165 AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT ACCORDINGLEY.
WHEREAS, Irving F. Jensen Company,Inc. ,Sioux City,Iowa has
performed work and furnished material in connection with West
Ridgeway Avenue Street Project , Phase II (Federal Project No. M-
6500 (2) --81--07) ,Contract No. 165,in the City of Waterloo,Iowa and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services rendered by
the said Irving F. Jensen Company,Inc . ,as shown on Engineer's state-
ment dated September 10,1980,is $6,399 . 73,now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWAo
that Irving F. Jensen Company,Inc . ,be paid the sum of $6,399 . 73
being payment for the statement dated September 10 , 1980,on said
contract for services rendered in connection with the West Ridgeway
1-1 Avenue street Project Phase II (Federal Project No. M-6500 (2)
