A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON VACATION OF AN ALLEY LOCATED NORTH
OF WEST MULLAN AVENUE BETWEEN COMMERCIAL STREET AND THE
CEDAR RIVER AS OCTOBER 27 , 1980,AT 7:00 P.M. IN COUNCIL
CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1-That the Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock PoM. ,on the 27th day of October,1980 , for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate an
alley located north of West Mullan Avenue between Commercial Street
and the Cedar River requested by Nancy Shirey Trust owned by the
City of Waterloo,Iowa, described as follows :
the northwest ninety (90) feet of the alley adjacent to Lot
fourteen (14) , Block One (1) of James Egger 's Addition in
the City of Waterloo,Blac . Hawk County,Iowa.
Section 2-That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice
of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 6th day of 0ctober, 1980 .
