A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVE ! ON CONSIDERING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
"SELF-SUPPORTED MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT"(SSMID)
AS NOVEMBER 3, 1930,AT7 :00 P.M. IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS OF
CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
AS FOL:L)45 :
Section 1- That the Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowo , shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock P0M0 ,on the 3rd day of November, 1980, for Lae
purpose of considering and acting upon the establishment of a
"Self-Supported Municipal Improvement District "(SSMID) for an area
described as follows :
Third Street ,Franklin Street,Seventh Street: and the alley
between Bluff and Jefferson.
Section 2- That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice
of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed anti adopted this 6th aay of October, 1980 .
