RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF F.Yo1980 OILING PROGRAM
CONTRACT 204 AND ACCEPTING WORK.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa have furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y . 1980 Oiling
Program,Contract 204 in the City of Waterloo,Iowa and.
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance of
the Work submitted by City Engineers certifying that the work on
this project has now been performed in compliance with Standard
Specifications of the City by said Street Department now,therefore
BIE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA:
THAT the Certificate of Completion and the Final Recommendation of
Acceptance of the Work submitted by the Engineers be approved,the
work of Street Department of the City of Waterloo,Iowa,accepted,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said
Certificate .
Passed and adopted this 6th day of October, 1980 .
