RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF DAVE'S ADDITION, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, on this (0 day of C 1 0 p , 1980, at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of
DAVE 'S ADDITION, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, was presented for approval ;
and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should be approved
by this Council .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that the Final Plat of DAVE'S ADDITION, WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA, be and it is hereby approved, andihe Mayor and City Clerk of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and
affix their signatures to said Resolution.
