BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF W.ATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of McAninch Corporation,Section I,Cedar Valley
Corporation,Section II,and Stokes Landscaping Inc . ,Section III,
for F.Y. 1981 Carriage Hill Rentention Basin,
Contract
No. 210 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,signed on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 2nd day
of 0ctober, 1980,together with the accompanying Bonds for the faith-
ful performance of said contracts signed by St . Pates Fire and Marine
Insurance Company of St.Paul, Minnesota, for McAninch Corporation,
Section I,Merchants Mutual Bonding Company of Des Moines, Iowa,
for Cedar Valley Corporation Section II, and Stokes Landscaping
Inc . ,Section III, and same are hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of October, 1980 .
