WHEREAS, the Code of Iowa allows Cities to employ a certified or r

public accountant in the State of Iowa and pay for same from the proper public funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,
that the fh w of Smith, Paulsen and Evans be employed by the City of Waterloo,
to conduct a financial audit for the City of Waterloo for Fiscal Year 1980„
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 1980.
