RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SITE PLAN FOR TRACT R,CEDAR
HILL GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF MEMORY LANE AND SOUTH-
WESTERLY OF U.S. HIGHWAY 218 AS NOVEMBER 3, 1980 AT
7 :00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK
TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock P.M0 ,on the 3rd day of November, 1980 for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a site plan for Tract R,
Cedar Hills ,generally located South of Memory Lane and South-
westerly of U.S . Highway 218,now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted the 13th day of October, 1980 .
