RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE
GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF J.L . ROOFF DEMOLITION CO. TO
CONDUCT A JUNK YARD AND AUTO SALVAGE OPERATION ON A
PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF LOWELL AND
MITCHELL AVENUES, AS NOVEMBER 3,1980, AT 7 :00 P.M. IN
THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK
TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 :00 P.M. on the 3rd day of November, 1980 for the purpose
of considering and acting upon an application of J.L . Rooff
Demolition Co. ,to conduct a Junk Yard and Auto Salvage operation
on a parcel of land generally located at the corner of Lowell and
Mitchell Avenues and legally described as follows :
Lots 20-32,inclusive,Block 109 ,Riverview Addition,City of
Waterloo,Black Hawk County,Iowa.
now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said nearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of October, 1980 .
