RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE
GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF WILBER AUTO BODY TO CONDUCT A
JUNK YARD AND AUTO SALVAGE PERMIT OPERATION ON A PARCEL
OF LAND LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF EASTON AVENUE AND
SHEFFIR1D AVENUE AS NOVEMBER 3, 1980,AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO
PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo ,
Iowa at 7 :00 P0M. ,on the 3rd day of November1,1980 for the purpose
of considering and acting upon an application of Wilber Auto Body,
to conduct a Junk Yard and Auto Salvage operation on a parcel of
land generally located at the corner of Easton Avenue and Sheffield
Avenue and legally described as follows:
Lots A and B,Lots 55-60 inclusive,Lots 22-26, inclusive and
part of Lot 27,a11 in Block 114,Riverview Addition,City of
Waterloo,4lack Hawk County, Iowa.
now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, I0WA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of October, 1980
