RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK,AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS
FURNISHED BY CEDAR FALLS CONSTRUCTION CO.INC.FOR N.H.S .
QUINCY AND MANSON PAVING PROGRAM NO I,CONTRACT NO.
232 ,AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Cedar Falls Construction Co Inc . ,Waterloo, Iowa, have
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and furnished cer-
tain materials and performed labor in connection with N.H.S .
Quincy and Manson Paving Program No . I,Contract Noo 202,in the City
of Waterloo,Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance
of the Work submitted by the City Engineer,certifying that the
work on this project has now been completed by said contractors ,
now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA:
that the Certificate of Completion and the Final Acceptance of the
Work submitted by the Engineers be approved,the work of Cedar
Falls Construction Co . Inc . ,Waterloo,Iowa,accepted,and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said Certificate .
Passea and adopted this 13th day of October, 1980 .
