RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS
FURNISHED BY CEDAR VALLEY CORPORATION FOR F,A01981
HIGHLAND PARK AREA SIDEWALK PROGRAM AND ACCEPTING THE
WORK°
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation,Waterloo,Iowa, have under
contract with the City of Waterloo,Iowa,and furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with F.Y . 1981 High-
land Park Area Sidewalk Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,and
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance
of the Work submitted by the City Engineer,certifying that the
work on this project has now been completed by said contractors ,
now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA:
That the Certificatedof Completion and the Final Acceptance of the
work submitted by the Engineers be approved,the work of Cedar
Valley Corporation,Waterloo,Iowa,accepted,and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized and directed to execute said Certificate.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of October, 1980 .y�\
