RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING WARRANTY DEEDS FROM HURST
EXCAVATING, INC. , G. P. SCHOENFELDER AND WEIS DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION, FOR PORTIONS OF SEARS STREET AND CAMELOT DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Warranty Deed dated June 26, 1979 from Hurst Excavating, Inc. , conveying
unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa, certain real property described as follows :
The East thirty (30) feet of the north 195.74 feet of Tract A,
Hurst Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
That the Warranty Deed dated June 26, 1979 from G. P. Schoenfelder, conveying
unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa, certain real property described as follows:
A part of the NE Frac. 1/4 of Section 2-88-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows :
Commencing at the SW Corner of said NE Frac. 1/4; thence N. 0° 19' 43" W.
along the West line of said NE Frac. 1/4 a distance of 710.07 feet; thence
N. Ou 02' 43" W. continuing along said West line a distance of 60.00 feet
to the point of beginning; thence N. 0° 02' 43" W. along said West line
a distance d: 293.76 feet; thence Southerly along a curve concave Westerly
and having a radius of 50.00 feet a distance of 124.90 feet; thence S.
0° 02' 43" E. a distance of 203.83 feet; thence N. 89° 55' W. a distance
of 30.00 feet to the point of beginning.
And also
A part of the NE Frac. 1/4 of Section 2-88-13, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the SW Corner of said NE Frac. 1/4; thence N. 0° 19 ' 43" W.
along the West line of said NE Frac. 1/4 a distance of 710.07 feet to
the point of beginning; thence S. 89° 55' E. a distance of 158.62 feet;
thence Easterly along a curve concave Southerly and having a radius of
938.58 feet a distance of 150.24 feet; thence N. 9° 15' 18" E. a distance
of 60.00 feet; thence Westerly along a curve concave Southerly and having
a radius of 998.58 feet a distance of 159.85 feet; thence N. S93 55' W.
a distance of 158.75 feet to the West line of said NE Frac. 1/4; thence
S. 0° 02' 43" E. along said West line a distance of 60.00 feet to the
point of beginning.
The Vest line of the NE Frac. 1/4 of Section 2-88-13 is assumed to bear
N. 0° 19' 43" W. for a distance of 710.07 feet Northerly from the SW
Corner of said NE Frac. 1/4.
That the Warranty Deed dated May 24, 1974 from Gerald P. Schoenfelder, convey-
ing unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa, certain real property described as follows :
A parcel of land located in the NE Frac 1/4 of Section 2-88-13, Waterloo,

Commencing at the Center of said Section 2-88-13; thence N. 0° 19 ' 43" W.
along the West line of said NE Frac 1/4 a distance of 770.07 feet; thence
S. 89° 55' E. a distance of 158.75 feet; thence Easterly along a curve
concave Southerly and having a radius of 998.575 feet and a long chord
bearing S. 85° 19' 49" E. a distance of 159.85 feet to the point of
beginning; thence Southeasterly along a curve concave Southwesterly and
having a radius of 998.575 feet and a long chord bearing S. 62° 54' 41 "
E. a distance of 621 .65 feet to the Northwesterly R-O-W line of Iowa
Highway 412; thence Southwesterly along said R-O-W line along a curve
concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 996.00 feet and a long chord
bearing S. 34° 14' W. a distance of 61 .14 feet; thence Northwesterly along
a curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 938.575 feet and a
long chord bearing N. 62° 33' 55" W. a distance of 595.64 feet; thence No.
9° 15' 18" E. a distance of 60.00 feet to the point of beginning.

A, Hurst Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; thence N. 0° 02' 43"
W. along the East line of the NW Frac. 1/4 of said Section 2 a distance of
158.02 feet; thence Southerly along a curve concave Easterly and having
a radius of 50.00 feet a distance of 124.90 feet; thence S. 0° 02 ' 43"
E. a distance of 68.05 feet to the North line of Tract A, Hurst Addition;
thence N. 89° 53' 47" E. along said North line a distance of 30.00 feet
to the point of beginning.
The ggast line of the NW Frac. 1/4 of Section 2-88-13 is assumed to bear
N. 0 02' 43" W.
