RESOLUTION DELETING CERTAIN ABANDONED
STREETS FROM THE RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
FOR F.Y. 1980 OILING PROGRAM, CONTRACT
NO. 204.,
WHEREAS, certain streets included in the Resolution of Necessity
for F.Y. 1980 Oiling Program, Contract Noo 204, have been abandoned and
should be removed from the Public Improvement Program, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the following named streets and alleys , be, and the same are , hereby
deleted from Resolution Noo 27029 , as amended, being the Resolution of
Necessity for F.Y. 1980 Oiling Program, Contract No. 204.
Bell Street from Ruby Drive to Cedar Park Road
Stratford Avenue from Maxwell Street to Ansborough Ave .
Alley between Arden and Campbell from Clough
to Moir
Longview Drive from Rainbow Drive to Cardinal Drive
Passed and adopted this 20th day of October, 1980.
