RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE
GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF WATERLOO CITY ZONING COMMISSION
TO RESONE FROM "A-I" AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT TO "R-2°' ONE
AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT A PARCEL OF LAND
GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF EAST DONALD STREET AND WEST
OF MOLINE ROAD AS NOVEMBER 17 , 1980,AT 7 :00 P.M° IN THE
COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTED CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock PoM. on the 17th day of November,1980 for the
purpose of considering and acting upon an application of the Waterloo
City Zoning Commission to rezone from "A-I" Agricultural District
to "R-2" One and Two Family Residence a parcel of land generally
located North of West Donald Street and West of Moline Road and
legally described as follows :
the South 493 feet of the East D60 feet of Section 12 ,
Township 89 ,Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meriden,
in the City of Waterloo,Black Hawk County, Iowa.
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, I0WA
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said nearing in the Waterloo Courier.
