RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING TO BE
GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF MT. CARMEL BAPTIST CHURCH TO
RE-ZONE FROM "R-2" ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT
TO "R-3" MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT A PARCEL
OF LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF EAST DALE AND WEST OF ACKERMANT
STREET AS NOVEMBER 17,1930,AT 7 :00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH
THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo,Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 7 :00 o 'clock P.M. on the 17th day of November,1980 for the
purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Mt .Carmel
Baptist Church to rezone from "R-2" One and Two Family Residence
District to "R-3" Multiple Family Residence District a parcel of
land generally located South of East Dale and West of Ackermant
Street and legally described as follows :
Lot F,Allen Heights Addition to Waterloo,Iowa,except
the West Eleven (11 .0) feet thereof,also excepting the
South Two Hundred (200 .0) feet of the East Sixty-two
anu Sixty-five Hundredths (62.65) feet of said Lot F.
Also, the West One Hundred Seventeen and Thirty-five
Hundredths (117 . 35) feet of Lot D, Allen Heights
Addition to Waterloo, Iowa, except the South Two Hundred
(200 .0) feet thereof.
