RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK,AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS
FURNISHED BY CRDAR VALLEY CORPORATION FOR F.Y. 1980
PAVING PROGRAM NO. l,CONTRACT NO 176 ,AND ACCEPTING THE
WORK.
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation,of Waterloo, Iowa,have under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa,and furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with the F.Y. 1980
Paving Program No I,Contract No. 176,in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Completion and Final Acceptance
of the work submitted by the City Engineers , certifying that the
work on this project has now been completed by said contractors ,
now,therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that the Certificate of Completion and the Final Acceptance of
the work submitted by the Engineers be approved,the work of
Cedar Valley Corporation,Waterloo, Iowa,accepted and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said Certificate.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of October, 1980.
