RESOLUTION DELETING CERTAIN ABANDONED STREETS
FROM THE RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY FOR F.Y. 1981
PARK LANE SIDEWALK PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 207
WHEREAS , certain streets included in the Resolution of
Necessity for F.Y. 1981 Park Lane Sidewalk Program, Contract No .
204, have been abandoned and should be removed from the Public
Improvement Program, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following named street , be, and the same is ,
hereby deleted from Resolution No . 27095 , being the Resolution of
Necessity for F.Y. 1981 Park Lane Sidewalk Program, Contract No .
207 .
Park Lane from Kimball Avenue to
Bontrager Park
Passed and adopted this 27th day of October, 1980.
