RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $1,917 . 37 ACCUMULATED
SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO TOM MOUNT TERMINATED AS
AN EMPLOYEE OF STREET DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA.
WHEREAS , on the 17th day of September, 1980,Tom Mount was
terminated as an employee of Street Department in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa,and
WHEREAS, Tom Mount has accumulated 193 hours of sick leave and
is entitled to payment for same,and
WHEREAS,Tom Mount has earned and is entitled to 108 hours
vacation pay, now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA,
that Tom Mount be paid the total sum of $1,917 .37 being payment in
full for above mentioned sick leave and earned vacation,and that
the Finance Director be,and he is hereby, authorized, empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver
the same to Tom Mount .
Passed and adopted by City Council on the 27th day of October
1980,approved by the Mayor on the 29th day of October, 1980 .
