RESOLUTION NO. 2023-216
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DONATION AGREEMENT
WITH CEDAR VALLEY CATHOLIC SCHOOLS TO INSTALL
A BASKETBALL COURT IN MILLER PARK, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Donation Agreement dated April 3, 2023, between the Cedar Valley Catholic Schools
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at an estimated value of $9,000, for the donation of materials,
labor and services to construct a basketball court in Miller Park, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2023.
