RESOLUTION NO. 2023-222
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT OF ENTRY AND HOLD
HARMLESS AGREEMENT WITH THE CEDAR VALLEY
SOCCER CLUB FOR EARTH MOVING ACTIVITIES AT THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF ANSBOROUGH AVENUE AND
HIGHWAY 20, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Right -of Entry Agreement dated April 4, 2023, between the Cedar Valley Soccer Club and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for earth moving activities at the southeast corner of Ansborough
Avenue and Highway 20, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2023.
