RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $99.54, PERMANENT EASEMENT
AGREEMENT FOR $1,156.21 AND $1,000.00 FOR THE
REMOVAL OF TREES, FOR A TOTAL OF $2,255.75, WITH
LAVERNE F. SOMMERFELT AND SHIRLEY SOMMERFELT,
RELATED TO THE TITUS LIFT STATION AND FORCE
MAIN, LOCATED AT 351 THORSON AVENUE, AND
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Temporary Construction Easement Agreement in the amount of $99.54, Permanent
Easement Agreement for $1,156.21 and $1,000.00 for the removal of trees, for a total of
$2,255.75, with Laverne F. Sommerfelt and Shirley Sommerfelt, related to the Titus Lift Station
and Force Main, located at 351 Thorson Avenue, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2023.
