RESOLUTION NO. 2023-182
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALVAGE BY B&B LAWN
CARE INC., FOR TWO (2) TREES ON CITY -OWNED
PROPERTY, LOCATED AT 1804 E. 4TH STREET, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $400.00, AND ACCEPTING AN INDEMNITY
AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the salvage by B&B Lawn Care Inc., for two (2) trees on city -owned property, located at
1804 E. 4th Street, in the amount of $400.00, and accepting an Indemnity Agreement, be hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2023.
