RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ESCROW AGREEMENT
WITH DIEU I. KABANGU AND ANGE KUMBU FOR CITY -
OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 514 JOHNSON STREET
IN THE AMOUNT OF $360.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT..
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Escrow Agreement with Dieu I. Kabangu and Ange Kumbu for city -owned property
located at 514 Johnson Street in the amount of $360.00, be hereby approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2023.
