RESOLUTION DEDICATING APPROXIMATELY 9,000
SQUARE FEET OF PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
TO THE SOUTH AND EAST OF 4145 KIMBALL
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA, FOR STORM AND SANITARY SEWER
EASEMENT PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
Storm Sewer Easement
That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW ;4) of Section
10, Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Anderson's
1St Addition to the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, said point being the Southeasterly corner
of the existing right-of-way of Mirage Ridge; thence N
88009141" W along said Southerly end of the Mirage
Ridge right-of-way 29.99 feet to the point of
beginning; thence S 1041119" W 253.30 feet to the
Northerly right-of-way of US Highway 20; thence N
88041134" W 20.00 feet along said Northerly right-of-
way; thence N 1041119" E 253.49 feet to the Southerly
end of Mirage Ridge right-of-way; thence S 88009141" E
20.00 feet along said right-of-way to the point of
beginning, subject to easements and restrictions of
record, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
Sanitary Sewer Easement
That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/) of Section
10,, Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Anderson's
1St Addition to the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, said point being the Southeasterly corner
of the existing Mirage Ridge right-of-way; thence S
1040122" W 18.59 feet; thence N 82000147" W 312.49
feet; thence N 7059113" E 35.00 feet; thence S
82000'47" E 213.04 feet to the new West right-of-way of
Mirage Ridge; thence S 1040122" W 26.86 feet to the
South end of the existing Mirage Ridge right-of-way
extended Westerly; thence S 88009141" E 95.00 feet to
the point of beginning, subject to easements and
restrictions of record, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby dedicated for storm and sanitary sewer
easement purposes.
