NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SITE
PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th
day of April 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Watedoo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve a request by
Packs Property Management, LLC, on
behalf of Pella Windows and Doors, for a
Site Plan Amendment to construct a new
31,165 square foot commercial building in
the 'B-P" Business Park District. located
south of 4041 Hurst Drive, legally
described as follows:
LOT 6, TOWER PARK NO. 7 IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK
COUNTY, IOWA.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
