TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th
day of April 2023, at 5:30 p.m., in the
Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a
public hearing will be held by the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. to authorize
the for the sale and conveyance of
City -owned property to Baltimore Fields,
LLC, in the amount of $1.00, with a
development agreement that includes a
$5,000.00 grant upon the completion of
each dwelling, located east of 1003
Vermont Street, for the construction of
eighteen (18) single-family dwellings,
legally described as follows:
