Notice is hereby given that on the 17th
day of April 2023, at 5:30 p.m., in the
Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Waterloo. lowa, a
public hearing will be held by the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. to approve
the Offer to Purchase Agreement with
Uniti Dark Fiber, LLC, to sell approximate-
ly 0.340 acres of land located north of
2365 Northeast Drive, in the amount of
$40,000.00, legally described as follows:
