NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th
day of April 2023, at 5:30 p.m., in the
Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, a
public hearing will be held by the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for approval
of a Development Agreement with Iowa
Heartland Habitat for Humanity, in
conjunction with the sale and conveyance
of a vacant lot located northeast of 1522
W. 4th Street, within the Church Row
Neighborhood, and a grant of $5,000.00
for inf ill housing development, legally
described as follows:
THE NORTHEASTERLY 19vs FEET OF
LOT NO. 5, AND THE SOUTHWESTER.
LY 20 FEET OF LOT NO. 6 IN BLOCK
NO. 15 IN WHITNEY AND SEDGWICK'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
