TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th
day of April 2023. at 5:30 p.m., in the
Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in the
City Hall in the City of Waterloo. Iowa, a
public hearing will be held by the Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. sale and
conveyance of City -owned property in the
amount of $1.00 with a minimum
assessed value of $1,800,000.00. located
at the southeast comer of Leversee Road
and Hyper Drive, for the construction of a
50,000 square foot warehouse with a
future 9,000 square loot expansion,
including a Development Agreement and
Minimum Assessment Agreement with 3
Stooges, LLC, legally described as
follows:
LOTS 1 AND 2. WATERLOO AIR AND
RAIL PARK 1ST ADDITION. CITY OF
WATERLOO. IOWA.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
File written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
