OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION
104.4, APPROVING A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "R-4,R-P" PLAN-
NED RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO ALLOW
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 9,307
SQUARE FEET (23 STALL)PARKING
GARAGE AT 1117 MAXHELN BOULE-
VARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
That the request of South Hills Senior
Living LLC, fora site plan amendment to
the "R4,R-P" Planned Residence District"
to allow for the construclon of a 9,307
square feet (23 stall) parking garage at
1117 Maxhelen Boulevard, and legally
described as follows: LOT NO.1 AND
LOT NO. 2 IN GUERNSEY PARK,
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA, shall be and is hereby approved.
