RESOLUTION DEDICATING A PORTION OF
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTH
END OF MIRAGE RIDGE, DIRECTLY WEST OF 4141
MIRAGE RIDGE (FURNITURE ROW) IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, FOR
RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
Cul -De -Sac
That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/) of Section
10, Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Anderson's
1St Addition to the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, said point being the Southeasterly corner
of the existing right-of-way of Mirage Ridge; thence N
88009141" W along said Southerly end of the Mirage
Ridge right-of-way 60.00 feet to the Southwesterly
corner of the existing right-of-way of Mirage Ridge and
the point of beginning; thence continuing N 88009141" W
35.00 feet; thence N 1040122" E 90.00 feet; thence S
88019138" E 35.00 feet to the existing West right-of-
way of Mirage Ridge; thence S 1040122" W along said
West right-of-way 90.10 feet to the point of beginning,
subject to easements and restrictions of record, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby dedicated for right-of-way purposes.
