RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO DUECO INC.
OF WATERTOWN, SOUTH DAKOTA, FOR THE PURCHASE
OF ONE (1) 2007 FORD F-750 DEMONSTRATOR WITH
TEREX UTILITIES DERRICK UNIT, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $121,025.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Dueco Inc. of Watertown, South Dakota, in
the amount of $121,025.00, for the Purchase of One (1) 2007 Ford
F-750 Demonstrator with Terex Utilities Derrick Unit, described
in the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase, after public hearing on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 2010.
