RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO WATERLOO
IMPLEMENT OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE PURCHASE
OF ONE (1) JOHN DEERE 110TLB TRACTOR, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $54,297.00, MINUS TRADES TOTALING
$3,500.00 FOR A NET TOTAL PRICE OF
$50,797.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Waterloo Implement of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $54,297.00, minus trades totaling $3,500.00 for a net
total price of $50,797.00, for the Purchase of One (1) John Deere
110TLB Tractor, described in the specifications heretofore
adopted by this Council for said purchase, after public hearing
on published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted,
the same being the lowest bid received for said purchase.
