RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING AGREEMENT
WITH AECOM AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Agreement dated January 25, 2010, at a cost
not to exceed $40,000.00, for design and acquisition services of
snow removal equipment and de-icing equipment at the Waterloo
Regional Airpot, by and between AECOM of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 2010.
