RESOLUTION APPROVING A REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
AGREEMENT WITH UNION DEVELOPMENT HOLDINGS,
LLC, FOR A 10.78 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND OWNED BY
THE CITY OF WATERLOO TO BE DEVELOPED FOR AT
TOTAL OF AT LEAST 150 MULTIFAMILY UNITS, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated August 1, 2022, between Union Development
Holdings, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for a 10.78 acre parcel of land owned by the City
of Waterloo to be developed for at total of at least 150 multifamily units, and legally described as
follows:
