RESOLUTION NO. 2023-235
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS MAY 4, 2023, AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS MAY 15, 2023, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2023 E. SAN MARNAN DRIVE
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1084, AND
DIRECT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2023 E. San Marnan Drive Reconstruction Project, Contract No. 1084,
are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2023 E. San Marnan Drive
Reconstruction Project, Contract No. 1084, be scheduled for May 4, 2023 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of May 2023, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY 2023 E. San Marnan Drive Reconstruction
Project, Contract No. 1084.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
