RESOLUTION NO. 2023-237
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
AIRLINE PASSENGER TERMINAL BUILDING - HVAC
CONTROLS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Director of Aviation of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Airline Passenger Terminal Building - HVAC Controls Project, and
WHEREAS, said Director of Aviation did file said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the Airline Passenger Terminal Building - HVAC Controls Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 17, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Airline Passenger Terminal Building - HVAC Controls Project, are hereby approved, and said
project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April 2023.
