RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGES TO THE
PURCHASING POLICY, EFFECTIVE APRIL 18, 2023.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the amendment dated April 17, 2023 to the Purchasing Procedures Policy, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April 2023.
