RESOLUTION NO. 2023-257
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EARLY ACCESS
AGREEMENT WITH DMJ DEVELOPMENT, LLC, TO ALLOW
DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING EARTH MOVING
AND CONSTRUCTION OF A FOUNDATION ON LOT 5, AND
ACCESS TO LOT 6 AND TRACT "B", ALL IN THE
WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL PARK 3RD ADDITION, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that an Early Access Agreement with DMJ Development, LLC, to allow development activities,
including earth moving and construction of a foundation on Lot 5, and access to Lot 6 and Tract
"B", all in the Waterloo Air and Rail Park 3rd Addition, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April 2023.
