RESOLUTION NO. 2023-258 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY HURST HOLDINGS, INC., FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF TOWER PARK NO. 7, A SIX -LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE "B-P" BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT AND "C-P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT LOCATED SOUTH OF 4041 HURST DRIVE. WHEREAS, on this 17th day of April 2023, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of Tower Park No. 7, a six -lot commercial subdivision located in the "B-P" Business Park District and "C-P" Planned Commercial District located south of 4041 Hurst Drive, was presented for approval by Hurst Holdings, Inc., and WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by the City of Waterloo Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on March 14, 2023, and WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat, submitted by Hurst Holdings, Inc., of Tower Park No. 7, a six -lot commercial subdivision located in the "B-P" Business Park District and "C-P" Planned Commercial District located south of 4041 Hurst Drive, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
