RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST TO SEEK PROPOSALS FOR
AUDITING SERVICES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request to seek proposals for auditing services in conjunction with the Comprehensive
Annual Financial Report for the years ending June 30, 2024-2028, with the option to renew for
an additional two years, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April 2023.
