BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Amendment to a Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated January 3, 2023, between Gray Transportation, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the addition of five (5)years at 75 percent tax rebates, due to additional improvements at the site for drainage, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
