RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF 2010 GOLF TURF EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-7, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of 2010 Golf
Turf Equipment, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved
and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase be
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of January, 2010.
