RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE
OF COST IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY2010 YOUNG
ARENA EXPANSION PROJECT PHASE I.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and
estimate of cost for the FY2010 Young Arena Expansion Project
Phase I, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the
FY2010 Young Arena Expansion Project Phase I, which were
preliminarily approved on June 14, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 12,
2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and estimate of cost for the FY2010 Young Arena
Expansion Project Phase I, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 2010.
