RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION OF THE FY2010
YOUNG ARENA EXPANSION PROJECT PHASE I.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-590, plans, specifications,
form of contract and estimate of cost in conjunction with the
FY2010 Young Arena Expansion Project Phase I, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on July 12, 2010 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 2010.
