RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO CLAREY'S
SAFETY EQUIPMENT OF ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA FOR
THE PURCHASE OF SELF CONTAINED BREATHING
APPARATUS (SCBA'S), IN THE AMOUNT OF
$176,640.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Clarey's Safety Equipment of Rochester,
Minnesota, in the amount of $176,640.00, for the purchase of Self
Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA's) described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase, after public hearing on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 2010.
