RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT #3 TO GRANT
AGREEMENT WITH IOWA HOMELAND SECURITY AND
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DIVISION (HSEMD) AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR AND CHIEF OF POLICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment #3 to Grant Agreement dated July 12, 2010,
amending the approved performance period for the grant from
October 12, 2007 to December 31, 2010, by and between the Iowa
Homeland Security and Emergency Management Division (HSEMD) and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and the Chief of Police authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
