RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AMENT,
INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated July 12, 2010, in the amount of
$99,800.00, to provide engineering design services for design of
a greenway drainage channel, detention basin, and RCP storm
system west of West Dale Street in accordance with the Allen
Hospital Area Storm Water Study, Alternate 2, dated March 1985
and current improvements, by and between Ament, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 2010.
